Why a Complete Brake Job Matters:

Performing a full brake job ensures thatall components work together safely and efficiently, preventing premature wear and reducing the risk of brake failure. It also helps maintain consistent braking performance and can improve vehicle handling during emergency stops.

In short, a complete brake job restores the braking system to like-new condition, giving drivers peace of mind on the road.

Tire Repair Service

Atire repairinvolves identifying and fixing damage to a tire to restore its safety and performance. This service typically includes removing the tire from the wheel, thoroughly inspecting it inside and out, and repairing punctures caused by nails, screws, or other debris—usually limited to damage within the tread area. Our technicians use industry-standard methods such as patching, plugging, or a combination patch-plug system to ensure a permanent, airtight seal. After the repair, the tire is remounted, rebalanced, and checked for leaks to ensure it's safe for continued use.

Engine Diagnostic

A complete engine diagnostic assesses your vehicle's engine and systems for performance and efficiency issues. Typically include:

✅ **Visual Inspection**: Check for leaks, damaged hoses and belts, corroded battery terminals, unusual noises, and faulty spark plugs.

✅ **Computerized Diagnostic Scan**: Connect to OBD-II, retrieve trouble codes, analyze live sensor data, and check the Check Engine Light status.

✅ **Compression & Leak Tests**: Perform tests to ensure proper cylinder sealing and detect leaks.

✅ **Fuel System Check**: Evaluate fuel pressure, flow, and injectors.

✅ **Ignition System Check**: Inspect spark plugs, coils, wires, and distributor.

✅ **Sensor & Module Evaluation**: Test signals from key sensors like crankshaft, camshaft, MAF, TPS, and O2 sensors.

✅ **Exhaust & Emissions Check**: Inspect the catalytic converter and emissions systems.

✅ **Performance Test**: Monitor engine behavior during a road or idle test.

✅ **Battery and Charging System Evaluation**: Test battery voltage, alternator output, and charging system load.

Electrical Vehicle System

Your vehicle’s electrical system does a lot more than just start the engine—it powers nearly everything you rely on when you're driving. From your headlights and dashboard to your power windows and charging ports, the electrical system is what keeps it all running smoothly.

Here’s What It Includes:

  • Battery– Supplies power to start your car and run electronics when the engine is off.

  • Alternator– Keeps the battery charged and powers the vehicle’s electrical systems while the engine is running.

  • Starter– Turns the engine over when you turn the key or push the start button.

  • Fuses and Relays– Act like safety switches to protect your vehicle from electrical problems.

  • Wiring– Carries power and signals to all the right places—kind of like the nervous system of your car.

  • Control Modules (Computers)– These mini-computers manage important systems like the engine, brakes, lighting, and even your A/C.

  • Sensors and Switches– Keep track of what’s going on in your car and tell the computers what to do.

  • Lights & Accessories– From your headlights to your power seats, they all rely on a properly working electrical system.

Why It Matters:

If your car won’t start, your dashboard lights are flickering, or your power windows stop working—it’s likely an electrical issue. Keeping this system in good shape helps your car run safely, dependably, and efficiently.

CAR WASH

Hand & Pressure Washing (By Request)
At RPM Automotive and Fabrication Inc., we offer thorough hand and pressure washing services upon request to give your vehicle a fresh, clean look while protecting its finish. Our process begins with a careful rinse to remove loose dirt and grime. We then use high-quality automotive soap and soft microfiber mitts to hand wash the entire exterior, including wheels and trim, ensuring a scratch-free clean.

For deeper cleaning, we incorporate pressure washing to target tough buildup in hard-to-reach areas like wheel wells, undercarriages, and grille sections—always using the appropriate pressure settings to avoid damage to your paint or trim.

After rinsing, we finish with a spot-free dry using clean microfiber towels, leaving your vehicle looking polished and well cared for.

Whether you're freshening up after repairs or just want to keep your ride looking its best, let us know you’d like a wash—we’ll take care of the rest.
